How long does it take to process my custom order?
Most personalized items are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your unique design is ready, we will ship it immediately and provide you with a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy for customized products?
Because our products are made-to-order specifically for you, we only accept returns if the item arrives damaged or if there is a manufacturing error. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery for assistance.
Can I change my design after placing an order?
We allow design modifications within 2 hours of order placement. After this window, our production team begins the customization process, and we are unable to make further changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as secure digital payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, 99Customized ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated automatically at checkout.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your order directly through the 'Track My Order' page on our website.
